Pretty good food and our waitress was sweet and on point

14 year old son stated it was the best burger in town

My experience was pretty good. My food was really hot. The waiter, I had was pretty good. The wings was pretty good way better than Buffalo Wild Wings in my opinion.

The service is excellent and the food is absolutely delicious! I love mugshots.

My husband and I waited 15 minutes before our order was taken. We then waited 45 minutes before we received our food. Waiter never came to explain why it was taking so long. When he finally brought our food he said “sorry for the wait, they are having issues in the kitchen”. We started to get up and leave during long wait, but kept thinking it wouldn’t be much longer. After food finally brought to us the food was cold! There were people that came in after us (different server) that received their food before us. When my husband gave server our card to pay he took it and stopped to take order from the couple sitting in booth next to us BEFORE he went and processed our payment. He took his time with them, talking, etc. It was obvious he knew them. So we waited even longer...ridiculous!! That is not how this should work. We will NOT be returning to this Mugshots restaurant again.

Great food. The Patty Melt should have more grilled onions but other than that, it was good.

Quick seating at the bar, great service from the young lady working the bar. Great burger and fries and a 22oz local beer. Great stop as we drove from Monroe to Birmingham.

Southern Burger with fried pickles on top & fries & iced tea! Ate at the bar. Good service!

First time at the new Pearl location. Excellent experience here! Typical 30 minute wait time for any restaurant on a Sunday. Was seated with my family and was surrounded by plenty of large TVs with multiple sports games playing, light music playing in the background, and even though it was crowded I could still hear everyone just fine in my group. Waitress, Jasmine, did an excellent job with our order and made sure we had everything we needed including refills, extra napkins, and a to go box for all the food we could not finish. I will for sure be back SOON! So happy to have a Mugshots closet to my house now !!

The food and service were good. They have gluten free options, including gluten free buns for the burgers. Towards the end of dinner, there were a lot of unsupervised teenagers, and that detracted a lot from the experience. Two of them ended up being escorted out by police.

Did I just pay $36.00 for 2 hamburgers, an extra side of fries and 2 beers? Yes I did!!! Holy Cow, if I must say so myself!!! (Pun intended!) It would have been even more if the waitress would have stayed at the bar instead of hanging out at the 'to-go' station fraternizing with a guy who had her attention.In addition, the burger was burned, bland and was missing half the ingredients. (I ordered the "Pizza Burger".) I had to send the fries back because they lacked in flavor and tasted like they had been cooked in fishy oil. The fries had obviously been sitting out too long before being cooked. Just not happy at all. Maybe they can get it together. I'll be taking my monies to Frisco Delie next time - I have never had an issue there.

We went to Mugshots for Father's Day as a party of 10. We were told it would be a 30 min wait. After waiting 45 mins in the waiting area with no air conditioning with two newborns, we were split between two tables and were not allowed to sit more than 6 people at a table. We were never told this at the beginning and even if was a guideline for the area, other guidelines were not being followed. Waiters and waitresses were not wearing their masks correctly. We sat in the waiting area as a party of 10 with 2 or more parties sitting right next to us. It was also frustrating that once we expressed being aggravated that we couldn't sit as a family, all they could say was "I understand." 4 adults couldn't sit with 3 children because it was over 6 people. My. newborn had to sit at another table away from me.

After trying to call your store for over an HOUR for you to get off the phone, we decided that we didn't need to eat at Mug Shots. We will go somewhere else that will answer the phone in a timely manner. Please have the people in your Flowood restaurant come to this restaurant and show you how to make people happy. We eat at the Flowood restaurant at least twice or more a month. Why you chose to close it and leave this place open and they can't get even answer phone calls is beyond me! Delete this and I will add it right back. NO I WILL NOT EMAIL YOU! I don't use email and I have nothing else to say to you except GET IT RIGHT!

Amazing burgers! My first time visiting but won't be my last.

Well, the food was decent and the lady who served us was sweet and nice I tipped her $5. I go to get up to pay my ticket and the rest of them say no wait on your server. No I'm done. I want to pay and leave. They were ABSOLUTELY scared of something, I don't know what. I have this things to do besides wait for the waitress to pickup my debit card. Other than that, it was decent food. Nothing to go and tell others that it's the best because it's not. Wife wanted to go for valentine's day so we did.

We enjoy the Pearl location. If you are eating low carb or keto, the loaded pork rinds were delicious!

Arrived at this location around 1:30 pm. The atmosphere was friendly and very inviting. Our waitress, Maggie, was nice but very forgetful. She had to return to our table several times for items that were brought to her attention when ordering. Our starter items came with the friendly reminder of the absent of hair nets in the food industry. Normal I leave when my food has a little extra something in it that I didn’t order. I was informed that the manger would personally remake the items (like that was comforting)! A guy bought the items back out and the egg rolls were cold. Oh my! This location gets several thumbs down. The entree was horrible except the fries. Go to the location on Lakeland.

Great food extremely clean and very friendly staff

Food was great and our server was amazing. They do not take reservations but do allow to call ahead. I called about 15 minutes ahead to let them know a group of 15 is coming and left a name. I was told that it would be communicated to the hostess. It was not and when we arrived I was told they do not take reservations, she aslo was slightly rude about it and I did not even mention a reservation but just that I called ahead, and they had nothing for that name, so for both of my friends' birthday celebrations were put on hold for much longer than 45 minutes because they sat people at the only place where large groups can sit. Communication needs to be greatly improved.

I do not see how they win best burger as the banners in their restaurant describe. Was told by the waitress that all burgers are cooked well done. Very disappointing!The burger was overcooked, dry, and lacked flavor. The bun itself was good and I did like their fries. The cheese dip with meat and jalapeno was also good. I would definitely not recommend the burgers here.

Much better than the Flowood location! Katie was an excellent waitress and Dominique made sure our chairs, table, and high chair were sanitized before seating us! I really appreciated that. Food came quickly and was made perfectly.

Good food. More family friendly than the location in Mobile, at night. All around a good time.

Our waitress "Shymirror" gave my family excellent service. The food was fresh and hot. The timing was extremely well. I will most definitely visit again and ask to be seated in her area again.

This is a huge restaurant. Plenty of seats and a nice size bar area too. I had the Sirloin Burger. It was a really big & tasty grilled burger with a philly cheese-steak added topping. It came fully loaded with a side of fries. Good service!

First time here and loved it. Asked if there was a lunch special. Was told about the burger special for the month. It had pimento and cheese with fried dill pickles on it. I said I liked all of those things but never had that combination on a burger before. I tried it and absolutely loved it. It made such a unique flavor combination. Did not need any condiments on it either. The burger was so big I could only eat half. Took the rest home for another meal. The staff is friendly and ready to help. I will be going back very soon.

Good food and service. Babe ordered the Mac and cheese burger but it didn’t look appealing. It had one scoop of dry Mac and cheese on it and too much bread. Doesn’t look like the picture at all. I wanted to say something babe is the peacemaker so we settled but we were not satisfied at all.

I love Mugshots, I've always had good experiences with them. The food is fresh and well prepared, the staff are friendly, and the beer is always cold at the bar. Very clean and family oriented. Excellent place to eat, even if it is a little on the pricey side. Well worth it in my opinion.

Came in and ordered and after waiting a hour for food it came out burnt to a crisp .Asked for a refill 3 times and finally got one after our food came an hour later.Have eaten at other mugshots and this one definitely won’t get repeat business from us. We should have done like the other patrons and walked out.This was absolutely terrible food and service.

Service is like getting a C in art class. Food was fresh and tasted good. But if you want a drink, go else where. Nothing like a sports bar with a bad bar. Lol

Nice, chose to sit outside and had a fairly pleasant time. Food was good. our waitress was very nice and was obviously overwhelmed by all the people.

Best burger and fries in the state. I don't say that lightly. Best. Burger. In all of Mississippi. Almost too much food for this fat man to eat for about $10.

Best burger I’ve had in a long time. Our server Victoria was very informative about the menu. The service was GREAT! This was my first time visiting a Mugshot restaurant. You won’t be disappointed if you try this location.

I really like the fact they have gluten-free options. Still cannot have the fries as they are beer-battered. They are very careful in the kitchen when making food for those of us with Celiac. All you have to do is let your server know. I have never had an issue eating here with any reaction to the food.

The fries were good. If you get the cliff burger I suggest you order extra sauce there was barely any on the burger. Everything was good the burger was just a little dry.

Atypical burger and pub atmosphere, so very noisy. Our family enjoys the casual, friendly environment. The food is also typical for a burger/pub, but on the lower end of quality and inconsistent. The only thing the cooks are consistent about is over cooking or burning the food. The veggies are cafeteria quality. On the rare occasion a burger isn’t cooked to death, it tastes good. The new shoestring-cut sweet potatoes have no flavor, were extremely over cooked, and appeared to be battered the same as the regular fries. We eat gluten-free, and prefer the original thick sliced sweet potatoes that weren’t battered or overly cooked. Mugshots is one of the rare places where we can get sweet potato fries, which is the reason we have preferred it to other grills. Hopefully, management will eventually train the kitchen staff on how to cook the food properly and take precautionary steps to ensure that their customers with food allergies will also have a pleasant and successful dining experience.
